My experience with doc deepanju mam is from wen she was treating to my dad wen he was admitted frist time in fortis hospital dat time my dad said she is well experienced and friendly and her medesince also r too good for diabetic patient dey vill not at all harm to any body parts n she is very sweet n understanding I love her very much..

Fortis La Femme Bangalore, receptionist at the doctors room was impatient.

Doctor reached the hospital 50 minutes late after the appointment although she attended well.

None of the medicines prescribed by her was available in the hospital pharmacy.

Practo staff couldn't connect with the hospital to help me know how long to wait.

**** ****** ** * ********* ***** *** ***** ** ********* ******** *** **** ***** *** *********** ** *** *********** *********** ******** *** ***** *** ******** *********** She told me to get admitted, I am suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, and was supposed to call a doctor for rheumatology, but the hospital I stayed has no doctor for rheumatology, she finally told me could not arrange anyone,,and treated for nothing, although I paid for hospital, her fees for five visits *** * ** ***** ********* **** ********* **** searching for **** doctors in rheumatology.

I felt the doctor gave a whole bunch of medicines and at one point, she asked if I could cope with the neck pain and then she gave another one a total of 7 meds. A little confused I felt. * ********* ****** ***** **** ** **** ********* *** * ***** ********** Also she told us to start off the antibiotic even before the blood and urine test.

I didn't feel satisfied at all.

Dr Deepanju is more like our family doctor. Many times over the last 10 years she has treated us and cured all of us from some ailment or the other. She has a very kind and pleasant personality. Sometimes her schedule is very busy with a huge number of outpatients in addition to in patients that require her urgently, hence the wait times are long. She prescribe only necessary tests for diagnosing the ailment and also makes recommendations if a specialist needs to be consulted. When my father was admitted in Zion due to a pulmonary issue along with very high BP and a stomach infection, Doctor Deepanju oversaw his treatment. My family and I are very grateful to her.

I've had a similar experience at Fortis la femme, but i decided to give this place a try for the second time. At the time of my appointment, the receptionist called the doctor who said she will be 10 mins late. HALF AN HOUR later, i asked the receptionist again and the doc mentioned that she will be 10 mins late. By this time i was losing my trust in this establishment *** ********** **** ****** **** ** ******** *** ******* ** ** **** ***** *** *** ************* another 10 mins later (by which the doc still hadn't arrived, surprise surprise) i finally demanded a refund which they took 10 mins to pay back. absolutely p-a-the-t-ic. Please don't visit Fortis la femma (unless you've had a good experience with a doc) and especially do not visit this doc if you value your time. *** *** **** ***** *** ******** ********* ***** ******** ***** *** **** ******

Not at all professional! Doctor was one hour late for the appointment! No curtesy to inform that she’ll be late.

Patient’s time is a joke for fortis le femme hospital.

Doctor prescribed me antibiotic which I was supposed to take immediately. But the drug was not available in the hospital pharmacy or near by any pharmacy ( my friend visited 4 pharmacy) **** ***** * ****** ********* * **** ***** ** *** **** ********* ** ***** *** ******** ** *** **** ******** * ** ** **** **** ** ****** *******

My whole experience was more painful than the pain due to infection!

Has too much on her hands. Always in a hurry. Never available for in patients. Suggested medicine were prescribed incorrectly looked like a typographical error in prescription. Nurses randomly struck out one of the medicines when I pointed the error. I asked them to check with the doctor, but she was too busy for this. Absolutely disappointing experience.

Very humble doctor... I likw the way she explains the complications and the treatment for it in a simple manner..

Nice & experienced. Problem solved.. On treatment. Medicine provided as per requirement. Strongly recommended.
